I can't log into the FTP server!<TOP> You aren't supposed to be able to log in with an FTP client at all. CyberName provides URL redirection service. Why do I get an error on my site - how can I fix this?<TOP> One or two free web space providers have a problem when they run inside of a subdomain. To prevent the error you can go to Make Changes secion and select "Show my target URL in the Browser". |

Why do all the single quotation marks ( ' ) and double quotation marks ( " ) I have entered in the fields change to apostrophes ( ` )?<TOP> As single quotation marks ( ' ) and double quotation marks ( " ) are considered as part of a html language, web browsers will be confused if you input them. In this case, the register/modify system will automatically change all single and double quotation marks to apostrophes when you click the submit button. |
